Another message that's subtly conveyed in The Secret, and something that I believe to be real, is that when we have a heartfelt desire so we say yes to doing our part to manifest the desire, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces come alive.

On the flip side, Personally i think the idea that more "toys" as cars, houses, jet planes, and boats is likely to make us happy and you will be the demonstration of our capacity to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for many individuals who are already "bankrupt" within the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The problem with this picture is the desire to have often comes from a feeling of lack rather than a feeling of completeness. And due to this, whatever we gain in dreams of feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will finally not work, since we feel a void internally.

The fact is that we are not empty, but already full, when we understand and feel this being our new reality, then the outer world begins to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that to the degree that we can accept and become truly grateful for the inheritance as being a definite unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we will attract to ourselves an ideal outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming in our authentic Self will likely then miraculously bring into manifestation any material items which will serve the greater good of both our life as well as those around us, yet we will feel no dependency upon them for the happiness.
