A Course in Miracles and the Message with the Secret3702688

Within the last year, many people have approached me asking me about my perspective, as well as the perspective of acim book, about the popular book and movie The Secret. I was also recently required to participate in an expert panel discussion on The Secret and also the law of attraction in the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.

As I see it, The key offers a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating. The first message is that our thoughts use a powerful affect on our life. The subsequent insight is always that we are entitled to a wealthy life, although true wealth is much more than just cash and "toys." Instead, it requires feeling fulfilled in most areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. What we should need to do is look within to learn if, in reality, we feel value authentic wealth.

Another message that is subtly conveyed within the Secret, and one that I believe really was, is that once we have a heartfelt desire so we say yes to doing our part to manifest the will, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces come alive.

On the flip side, I'm the idea that more "toys" as cars, houses, jet planes, and boats is likely to make us happy and will be the demonstration of our ability to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who are already "bankrupt" inside the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The issue with this picture would be that the desire to have often comes from a feeling of lack rather than a feeling of completeness. These types of this, everything we gain in dreams of feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will in the end not work, since we feel a void internally.

The truth is that we are not empty, but already full, when we understand and feel this to be our new reality, then a outer world starts to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that as far as that we can accept and be truly grateful for our inheritance as being an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we are going to attract to ourselves an ideal outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming in our authentic Self will likely then miraculously bring into manifestation any material items which will serve the more good of both our life and also those around us, and yet we will feel no dependency upon them for your happiness.
