After the long months of winter, your skin layer might be struggling with indoor heat, the wind, cold, and, for some of us, snow and ice. Not only can the colder months leave your skin dry, however it can also result in a dull appearance and visual fine lines. A good way to help manage your dry skin is through Buy Health supplements.

And while there are a number of alternatives on the market, you may also make your own in the home. This is a great method for saving money whilst a closer eye about the ingredients are applying to your skin.

So, for those who have dry or dull skin this winter, you can find my favourite DIY facial remedies below.

Spirulina and Manuka Honey Hydration Mask

I love this mask because it’s incredibly nourishing and extremely simple to make. I personally use spirulina, also referred to as blue-green algae, which is packed with antioxidants who have the potential to help with fine lines and wrinkles.

The other ingredient for this mask is manuka honey, which may potentially reduce inflammation and irritation brought on by acne. Moreover, manuka honey can be a humectant, so it moisturizes skin, leaving it soft and supple.

Ingredients

2 tbsp. manuka honey 1 tsp. spirulina powder One teaspoon. water or rose water, or another herbal hydrosol mist Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in the jar or bowl. Apply the mixture gently right to your skin. Leave on for Half an hour. Rinse off with water.
