A Course in Miracles and also the Message of The Secret5154854

In the last year, many people have approached me asking me about my perspective, as well as the perspective of a course in miracles online, on the popular book and movie The Secret. As I see it, The trick offers a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating. The very first message is that our thoughts possess a powerful relation to our life. The following insight is always that we are eligible for a wealthy life, although true wealth is a lot more than just cash and "toys." Instead, it requires feeling fulfilled in every areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. Another message that is subtly conveyed in The Secret, and something that I believe to be real, is that when we have a heartfelt desire and that we say yes to doing our part to manifest the need, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces come to life.

On the flip side, I feel the idea that more "toys" by means of cars, houses, jet planes, and boats can make us happy and will also be the illustration showing our capacity to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who are already "bankrupt" inside the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The situation with this picture is that the desire to have often develops from a feeling of lack as opposed to a feeling of completeness. These types of this, whatever we gain in dreams of feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will inevitably not work, since we feel a void internally.

The truth is that we are not empty, but already full, and when we understand and feel this being our new reality, then the outer world starts to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that to the degree that we can accept and stay truly grateful for the inheritance for being an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we'll attract to ourselves the perfect outward expressions of our claimed inner worth. This reclaiming in our authentic Self will likely then miraculously bring into manifestation any material items which will serve the higher good of both our life and also those around us, yet we will feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.
