A Course in Miracles and also the Message of The Secret5853205

In the last year, many people have approached me asking me about my perspective, and the perspective of acim, on the popular book and movie The Secret. I had been also recently inspired to participate in a professional panel discussion about the Secret and the law of attraction on the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.

While i see it, The trick offers a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating. The first message is always that our thoughts have a powerful influence on our life. The subsequent insight is the fact that we are entitled to a wealthy life, although true wealth is much more than just cash and "toys." Instead, it calls for feeling fulfilled in all areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. What we should need to do is look within to find out if, in fact, we feel value authentic wealth.

Another message which is subtly conveyed in The Secret, and one that I believe to be true, is that when we have a heartfelt desire so we say yes to doing our part to manifest the will, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces stand out.

On the flip side, I'm the idea that more "toys" in the form of cars, houses, jet planes, and boats is likely to make us happy and will be the illustration showing our capability to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who are already "bankrupt" inside the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The problem with this picture is that the desire to have often comes from a feeling of lack instead of a feeling of completeness. And because of this, everything we gain in hopes of feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will in the end not work, because we feel a void internally.

The fact is that we are not empty, but already full, and when we understand and feel this to be our new reality, then your outer world actually starts to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that as far as that we can accept and become truly grateful for the inheritance as being a definite unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we'll attract to ourselves an ideal outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming of our own authentic Self will likely then miraculously bring into manifestation any material items that will serve the more good of both our life and of those around us, and yet we will feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.

So, if you wish to know and live the true Secret, find your Authentic Self, reclaim it-and your real inheritance will follow.
