On the flip side, I'm the idea that more "toys" as cars, houses, jet planes, and boats is likely to make us happy and will be the demonstration of our ability to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for many individuals who are already "bankrupt" inside the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The issue with this picture is the desire to have often comes from a feeling of lack instead of a feeling of completeness. These types of this, whatever we gain in dreams of feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will inevitably not work, since we feel a void internally.

The truth is that we are not empty, but already full, so when we understand and feel this to become our new reality, then your outer world begins to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that to the degree that we can accept and stay truly grateful for our inheritance for being an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we will attract to ourselves the perfect outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming of our own authentic Self will miraculously bring into manifestation any material things that will serve the higher good of both our life as well as those around us, and yet we will feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.
