On the flip side, I feel the idea that more "toys" by means of cars, houses, jet planes, and boats can make us happy and will also be the type of our capacity to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who are already "bankrupt" within the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The problem with this picture is the desire to have often comes from a feeling of lack rather than a feeling of completeness. And because of this, everything we gain in about feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will inevitably not work, because we feel a void internally.

The fact is that we are not empty, but already full, when we understand and feel this to become our new reality, then your outer world starts to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that to the degree that we can accept and stay truly grateful for the inheritance for being an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we are going to attract to ourselves the right outward expressions of our own claimed inner worth. This reclaiming in our authentic Self will miraculously bring into manifestation any material items that will serve the higher good of both our life and also those around us, and yet we will feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.
