A Course in Miracles and the Message of The Secret8608948

Within the last year, many people have approached me asking me about my perspective, as well as the perspective of a course in miracles, on the popular book and film The Secret. I used to be also recently inspired to participate in an expert panel discussion about the Secret and the law of attraction on the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.

While i see it, The Secret offers a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating. The very first message is always that our thoughts use a powerful affect on our life. The next insight is always that we are eligible for a wealthy life, although true wealth is a lot more than just cash and "toys." Instead, it involves feeling fulfilled in all areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. What we should need to do is look within to find out if, in reality, we feel value authentic wealth.

Another message which is subtly conveyed in The Secret, and something that I believe to be true, is that whenever we have a heartfelt desire and we say yes to doing our part to manifest the need, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces stand out.

On the flip side, I'm the idea that more "toys" as cars, houses, jet planes, and boats is likely to make us happy and you will be the illustration showing our capability to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who are already "bankrupt" within the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The problem with this picture is the desire to have often develops from a feeling of lack as opposed to a feeling of completeness. And due to this, everything we gain in about feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will finally not work, since we feel a void internally.

The truth is that we are not empty, but already full, and when we understand and feel this being our new reality, then your outer world starts to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that as far as that we can accept and stay truly grateful for the inheritance as being an unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we'll attract to ourselves the perfect outward expressions in our claimed inner worth. This reclaiming of our authentic Self will miraculously bring into manifestation any material items which will serve the more good of both our life and also those around us, and yet we will feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.
