A Course in Miracles as well as the Message from the Secret5344703

Over the past year, many individuals have approached me asking me about my perspective, and also the perspective of a course in miracles book, on the popular book and movie The Secret. I was also recently required to participate in an expert panel discussion on The Secret and the law of attraction on the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.

As I see it, The key offers a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating. The very first message is the fact that our thoughts have a powerful relation to our life. The following insight is that we are eligible for a wealthy life, although true wealth is more than just cash and "toys." Instead, it involves feeling fulfilled in most areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. What we need to do is look within to discover if, actually, we feel value authentic wealth.

Another message that's subtly conveyed inside the Secret, and one that I believe to be real, is that once we have a heartfelt desire so we say yes to doing our part to manifest the desire, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces come alive.

On the flip side, I feel the idea that more "toys" as cars, houses, jet planes, and boats will make us happy and will be the type of our capacity to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who are already "bankrupt" in the areas of self-love and self-appreciation. The problem with this picture is the desire to have often develops from a feeling of lack rather than a feeling of completeness. And because of this, everything we gain in about feeling "full," whole, happy, or accomplished, will inevitably not work, since we feel a void internally.

The fact is that we are not empty, but already full, so when we understand and feel this to be our new reality, then your outer world starts to "echo" our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that as far as that we can accept and be truly grateful for our inheritance as being a definite unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we'll attract to ourselves the right outward expressions of our claimed inner worth. This reclaiming in our authentic Self will then miraculously bring into manifestation any material items which will serve the greater good of both our life and of those around us, and yet we will feel no dependency upon them for our happiness.

So, in order to know and live the Real Secret, find your Authentic Self, reclaim it-and your real inheritance will follow.
