Fusible hyperlink kit with chain for a linen or garbage chute discharge door. Length of the chain equals 30 inches long, and consists of two “S” Hooks and Fusible Hyperlink as indicated in photo. The chain enables you to reduce it down to any size you like to fit your place.
A fusible link will prevent a fire from going up the chute to the higher floors. Fusible links come with all Hopper and Horizontal style Rolling Discharge Doors.
Our fusible hyperlinks are designed to melt when the ambient temperature reaches 165 degrees in the case of a fire.
