When folks hear the language prehistory, most of them think automatically in terms of secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so forth and so forth. However, in the following paragraphs we will examine Ancient Mysteries in the non bias and other way. Neither pro nor con, but merely in terms of solving them and what impact this would have on our world and society. To do this we must look at those mysteries as what are the really are: Mysteries! Anything, nothing less.

The first thing we want to do, when viewing mysteries, is not to pay to much attention to any theories or any other far out explanations. We simply use sound judgment as to what is possible and what not. Exactly the facts, that it is a mystery. Of course in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction is part of the process. However, there it really is based on hard evidence and discoveries. In this article we will not too much time on actually solving any mysteries, but alternatively we will take a look at what the impact on society will be, if any of those mysteries would be solved. By solved, we mean either the invention of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a fair doubt, that there is simple, right down to earth explanation to that mystery. In certain follow up articles, we will look at some individual mysteries in greater detail, but for now, we will deal with the entire possible benefits of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's examine what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in reality there. Well, the range is a pretty wide one and goes from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, the actual question is, how all this translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to construct their cities and monuments all over the world. Most of the time in remote regions, high weren't even any building materials available plus it was also hard to grow food for your work force, and the stone blocks must be transported some time for hundreds of miles to acquire them to the construction site. The disagreement is among the HOW all this was being done. Yes, the archeologist have discovered some evidence that declare that it was all done with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and the project took decades to complete.. Not to mention the particular stone cutting and fitting.

However, it doesn't seem to explain every one of the aspects of those massive construction projects, perfectly. There might have been something else going on, something we are missing. But, as mentioned previously, we are not likely to investigate the mysteries themselves, but instead the impact it might have, if any of those alternative technology theories could be proven right. Are you able to imagine exactly what the discovery of the new transportation technology would do to our society? No longer about standard fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so forth. The transportation industry could be revolutionized. Not to mention the instant cleaner air that people would be breathing. The same goes for the stone cutting technology. Forget about blasting of tunnels and roadways, in addition to mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels might be cut nicely, and also smoothly right out of the mountains or another terrain. Forget about dust, you can forget blast debris, gentler for the environment no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing with the roadway would be made easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which in turn would create jobs and investment. What the economy needs. I suppose by now it is pretty obvious, that the solving of a single ancient mystery will have a great positive effect on our society and on our planet as a whole. It would make go on earth a lot better. Because there are so many mysteries and secrets out there, one can only imagine what kind of changes might be brought about. And when it turns out, that all those mysteries have simply simple, down to earth, explanations all things considered? So what! No less than the mystery is solved.
