When individuals hear the words prehistory explained, many of them think automatically in terms of secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so on and so forth. However, in this post we will look at Ancient Mysteries inside a non bias and other way. Neither pro nor con, but merely in terms of solving them and what impact this might have on our world and society. To carry out this we need to look at those mysteries as what are the really are: Mysteries! No more, nothing less.

The first thing we want to do, when viewing mysteries, isn't to pay to much attention to any theories or any other far out explanations. We simply use common sense as to what can be done and what not. Just the facts, that it is mystery. Obviously in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction is part of the process. However, there it really is based on hard evidence and discoveries. In the following paragraphs we will not too much time on actually solving any mysteries, but alternatively we will examine what the influence on society will be, if any of the mysteries could be solved. By solved, we mean either the invention of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there's simple, right down to earth explanation to that particular mystery. In a few follow up articles, we will look at some individual mysteries in more detail, but for now, we will deal with the entire possible benefits of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's wait and watch what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in reality there. Well, the number is a pretty wide one and goes from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy plus more. So, the question is, how this all translate into pro or cons for our planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees how the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to build their cities and monuments around the globe. Most of the time in remote regions, high weren't even any building materials available and it was also close to impossible to grow food for your work force, and also the stone blocks needed to be transported some time for a huge selection of miles to acquire them to the building site. The disagreement is one of the HOW all this was being done. Yes, the archeologist have found some evidence that declare that it was finished with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and also the project took decades to accomplish.. Not to mention the precise stone cutting and fitting.

However, this doesn't seem to explain all of the aspects of those massive construction projects, well. There might have been something else happening, something we are missing. But, as said before, we are not going to investigate the mysteries themselves, but alternatively the impact it would have, or no of those alternative technology theories will be proven right. Can you imagine exactly what the discovery of the new transportation technology would do in order to our society? You can forget about non-renewable fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so forth. The transportation industry would be revolutionized. Not forgetting the instant cleaner air that people would be breathing. The same goes for the stone cutting technology. You can forget blasting of tunnels and roadways, as well as mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels might be cut nicely, neat and smoothly right out of the mountains or another terrain. No more dust, forget about blast debris, gentler towards the environment no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing from the roadway will be made easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which often would create jobs and investment. What the economy needs. I suppose by now it is pretty obvious, the solving of just one ancient mystery will have a great positive influence on our society and on our planet as a whole. It would make go on earth so much better. Because there are so many mysteries and secrets available, one can only imagine what sort of changes might be brought about. Of course, if it turns out, that all those mysteries have simply easy, down to earth, explanations in the end? So what! A minimum of the mystery is solved.
