When people hear what prehistory, many of them think automatically in terms of secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so on and so forth. However, in the following paragraphs we will examine Ancient Mysteries in a non bias and different way. Neither pro nor con, but in terms of solving them and what impact this would have on our world and society. To do this we must look at those mysteries as what the really are: Mysteries! Anything, nothing less.

The first thing we want to do, when viewing mysteries, just isn't to pay to much attention to any theories or any other far out explanations. We just use common sense as to what can be done and what not. Just the facts, that it is mystery. Obviously in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction belongs to the process. However, there it's based on incriminating evidence and discoveries. In this post we will not too much effort on actually solving any mysteries, but rather we will examine what the effect on society will be, if any of these mysteries could be solved. By solved, we mean either the invention of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there are simple, as a result of earth explanation to that mystery. In a few follow up articles, we'll look at some individual mysteries in more detail, but for now, we'll deal with the entire possible great things about solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's see what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in reality there. Well, the range is a pretty wide one and goes from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, the question is, how all of this translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees how the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to construct their cities and monuments around the world. Most of the time in remote regions, high weren't even any building materials available plus it was also unattainable to grow food for the work force, and also the stone blocks needed to be transported time for hundreds of miles to get them to the construction site. The disagreement is one of the HOW all this was being done. Yes, the archeologist are finding some evidence that claim that it was all done with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and the project took decades to accomplish.. Not to mention the precise stone cutting and fitting.

However, this doesn't seem to explain all of the aspects of those massive construction projects, perfectly. There might have already been something else happening, something we are missing. But, as mentioned previously, we are not likely to investigate the mysteries themselves, but alternatively the impact it might have, or no of those alternative technology theories could be proven right. Is it possible to imagine what are the discovery of a new transportation technology would caused by our society? You can forget about fossil fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so on. The transportation industry could be revolutionized. Not to mention the instant cleaner air that individuals would be breathing. You have to the stone cutting technology. You can forget blasting of tunnels and roadways, along with mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could be cut nicely, clean and smoothly right out of the mountains or other terrain. No more dust, no more blast debris, gentler towards the environment with no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing from the roadway will be made much easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which often would create jobs and investment. What the economy needs. I guess by now it really is pretty obvious, the solving of merely one ancient mystery have a great positive impact on our society and on our planet in general. It would make live on earth a great deal better. Since there are so many mysteries and secrets on the market, one can only imagine what kind of changes could be brought about. And if it turns out, that those mysteries have simply straight forward, down to earth, explanations after all? So what! A minimum of the mystery is solved.
