When individuals hear the words prehistory, many of them think automatically with regards to secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so on and so forth. However, in this article we will look at Ancient Mysteries in a non bias and other way. Neither pro nor con, but in terms of solving them along with what impact this might have on our world and society. In order to do this we must look at those mysteries as what the really are: Mysteries! No more, nothing less.

The very first thing we want to do, when looking at mysteries, is not to pay to much focus on any theories or another far out explanations. We just use common sense as to what is possible and what not. Just the facts, that it is a mystery. Needless to say in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction is part of the process. However, there it's based on incriminating evidence and discoveries. In the following paragraphs we will not a lot of time on actually solving any mysteries, but instead we will take a look at what the effect on society will be, if any of the mysteries will be solved. By solved, we mean either the discovery of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there's simple, down to earth explanation to that particular mystery. In certain follow up articles, we'll look at some individual mysteries in more detail, but for now, we will deal with the entire possible advantages of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's examine what kind of "categories" of mysteries are actually there. Well, the number is a pretty wide one and goes from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy plus more. So, the actual question is, how this all translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees that the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to build their cities and monuments around the world. Most of the time in remote regions, where there weren't even any building materials available and it was also unattainable to grow food for that work force, and the stone blocks must be transported a while for hundreds of miles to obtain them to the construction site. The disagreement is one of the HOW this all was being done. Yes, the archeologist are finding some evidence that declare that it was finished with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and the project took decades to perform.. Not to mention the actual stone cutting and fitting.

However, this does not seem to explain every one of the aspects of those massive construction projects, very well. There might happen to be something else taking place, something we have been missing. But, as said before, we are not planning to investigate the mysteries themselves, but alternatively the impact it could have, or no of those alternative technology theories would be proven right. Is it possible to imagine exactly what the discovery of a new transportation technology would caused by our society? You can forget about standard fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads etc. The transportation industry will be revolutionized. Not to mention the instant cleaner air that people would be breathing. You have to the stone cutting technology. You can forget blasting of tunnels and roadways, as well as mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could possibly be cut nicely, neat and smoothly outside the mountains or other terrain. You can forget dust, no more blast debris, gentler towards the environment no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing of the roadway could be made much easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which in turn would create jobs and investment. What the economy needs. I suppose by now it really is pretty obvious, the solving of just one ancient mystery could have a great positive effect on our society and on our planet as a whole. It would make live on earth a great deal better. Because there are so many mysteries and secrets out there, one can only imagine what type of changes could possibly be brought about. And when it turns out, that most those mysteries have simply easy, down to earth, explanations after all? So what! At least the mystery is solved.
