When individuals hear what prehistory, most of them think automatically in terms of secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so forth and so forth. However, in the following paragraphs we will examine Ancient Mysteries inside a non bias and other way. Neither pro nor con, but in terms of solving them and just what impact this could have on our world and society. In order to do this we need to look at those mysteries as what the really are: Mysteries! No more, nothing less.

The first thing we want to do, when viewing mysteries, is not to pay to much attention to any theories or another far out explanations. We simply use sound judgment as to what is possible and what not. Exactly the facts, that it's a mystery. Needless to say in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction belongs to the process. However, there it really is based on evidence and discoveries. In the following paragraphs we will not a lot of time on actually solving any mysteries, but alternatively we will take a look at what the impact on society would be, if any of the mysteries will be solved. By solved, we mean either the discovery of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there is simple, right down to earth explanation to that particular mystery. In some follow up articles, we will look at some individual mysteries in greater detail, but for now, we are going to deal with the entire possible benefits of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's examine what kind of "categories" of mysteries are actually there. Well, the range is a pretty wide one and goes from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, the actual question is, how this all translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here it is. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees how the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to build their cities and monuments around the globe. Most of the time in remote regions, and then there weren't even any building materials available plus it was also hard to grow food for your work force, and the stone blocks needed to be transported time for countless miles to acquire them to the construction site. The disagreement is one of the HOW this all was being done. Yes, the archeologist are finding some evidence that suggest that it was all done with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man as well as the project took decades to perform.. Not to mention the particular stone cutting and fitting.

However, this doesn't seem to explain all of the aspects of those massive construction projects, well. There might happen to be something else going on, something we are missing. But, as mentioned previously, we are not planning to investigate the mysteries themselves, but rather the impact it might have, or no of those alternative technology theories could be proven right. Is it possible to imagine what are the discovery of your new transportation technology would do to our society? You can forget about standard fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so on. The transportation industry would be revolutionized. Not forgetting the instant cleaner air that individuals would be breathing. The same goes for the stone cutting technology. Forget about blasting of tunnels and roadways, as well as mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could possibly be cut nicely, and also smoothly away from the mountains or other terrain. Forget about dust, forget about blast debris, gentler for the environment no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing of the roadway could be made much simpler and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which often would create jobs and investment. Just what the economy needs. I assume by now it is pretty obvious, the solving of just one ancient mystery will have a great positive impact on our society and also on our planet in general. It would make live on earth a great deal better. As there are so many mysteries and secrets on the market, one can only imagine what type of changes might be brought about. Of course, if it turns out, that those mysteries have simply straight forward, down to earth, explanations in the end? So what! At least the mystery is solved.
