When people hear the language prehistory, many of them think automatically when it comes to secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so on and so forth. However, in this article we will look at Ancient Mysteries inside a non bias and different way. Neither pro nor con, but simply in terms of solving them along with what impact this would have on our planet and society. In order to do this we need to look at those mysteries as what are the really are: Mysteries! Nothing more, nothing less.
The very first thing we want to do, when examining mysteries, is not to pay to much focus on any theories or another far out explanations. We merely use sound judgment as to what can be done and what not. Exactly the facts, that it's a mystery. Of course in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction belongs to the process. However, there it is based on hard evidence and discoveries. In this article we will not too much effort on actually solving any mysteries, but alternatively we will look at what the influence on society will be, if any of the mysteries could be solved. By solved, we mean either the discovery of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there's simple, right down to earth explanation to that particular mystery. In a few follow up articles, we'll look at some individual mysteries in greater detail, but for now, we'll deal with the overall possible benefits of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's wait and watch what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in fact there. Well, the range is a pretty wide one and ranges from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and more. So, now the question is, how all of this translate into pro or cons for your planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees that the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to construct their cities and monuments around the globe. Most of the time in remote regions, and then there weren't even any building materials available plus it was also unattainable to grow food for your work force, and also the stone blocks needed to be transported some time for hundreds of miles to get them to the construction site. The disagreement is about the HOW all of this was being done. Yes, the archeologist have found some evidence that suggest that it was all done with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and the project took decades to accomplish.. Not to mention the precise stone cutting and fitting.
However, it doesn't seem to explain all the aspects of those massive construction projects, very well. There might have been something else happening, something we have been missing. But, as mentioned previously, we are not planning to investigate the mysteries themselves, but alternatively the impact it would have, if any of those alternative technology theories will be proven right. Can you imagine exactly what the discovery of the new transportation technology would do to our society? You can forget about standard fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so forth. The transportation industry will be revolutionized. Not forgetting the instant cleaner air that we would be breathing. The same goes for the stone cutting technology. No more blasting of tunnels and roadways, as well as mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels might be cut nicely, neat and smoothly outside the mountains or another terrain. You can forget dust, you can forget blast debris, gentler to the environment no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing from the roadway will be made easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which often would create jobs and investment. What the economy needs. I guess by now it is pretty obvious, that the solving of a single ancient mystery will have a great positive impact on our society and also on our planet in general. It would make go on earth a lot better. As there are so many mysteries and secrets out there, one can only imagine what type of changes might be brought about. And when it turns out, that all those mysteries have simply easy, down to earth, explanations after all? So what! No less than the mystery is solved.
